No idea but they are a blast!:D
They were great projects with my kids. They liked building them, the neighbors were intrigued when we lit them off.

Basically the cowel fits snugly around the head and upper cylinder with a vent in from the front. This forces incoming air to cool the area that needs it the most. It also cuts down on how much exit...

I've been watching from the start. :D

Have you given thought to a pressure cowel?
It is an old F1 racer trick to get the air right where it is needed most without a lot of funky ducting.
