Your liken that west epoxy when you sand it aren't you!

Try a small heat shield out of flashing material if you are worried about that pristine primer finish. LOL;)

I like in the mold even more when I make the mold too. I haven't done too much freeform lately but is is always very rewarding. Your doing a great job!
