I spin a 16x8 at 8200rpm with 10% fuel and have been told by a few that the 17x6 works well too, but I'm a pattern guy not a 3D guy so yet to try it. That's with the 120AX.

The "90 size" extra is actually smaller (span and length) than the "60 size" Edge but weighs more. I think this plane (edge) at 8-9lbs is perfect for the YS 110 or the OS 120AX. If you read the...

Beach, I know you were looking at the Saito 125. It's only ONE ounce more in weight and almost 10% more displacement! I'd go with the 125 - look at it as an investment that may outlast the plane. If...

Has anyone tried a different (clear) canopy on this plane? I think I would buy it if it were not for the black canopy.:eek:

Couldn't have said it better myself! I thought it would be nice to have a plane with bigger surfaces and shorter tail to try some different things with. Until last week I didn't really want anything...
