well when i got it up in the air it still did not run right , so i think its the carb !! this is the third carb on this motor horizan knows there a problem dam it , i ordered a glow carb and...

Ok i got my motor back from horizan for the fourth time , i asked for a replacement or refund no dice they would not even discuss it with me. the report i got back with the motor is a joke two pages...

last time i got my motor back horizan said they tested it running with a 5 cell nimi so i boght one no difference on my motor why would they test it with a 5 cell then in the instructions it says if...

i have tryed a new plug no change , like i said i have tuned it to peak rpm then back a click or two , for what ever reason as soon as it is unloaded it misses at this point i know it is not tuning...

ya i wrote down all the settings as i went we used a rpm meter to get the hi speed dialed in had it close but i just cant handle the sputtering, its going in for the 4th time it always comes back...

i just got back from the field but no luck for me i did as Pete suggested and started over using the manual a step at a time tuned top end tuned low end then top again and low again, sounded great on...

OK UNCLE I JUST SPENT 6 MORE HOURS ON THIS CRAPPY MOTOR , I WENT TO THE FIELD AND LET OUR ENGINE GURU TRY TO TUNE THIS ENGINE, IT WILL NOT RUN WITHOUT SPUTTERING AT SOME POINT DURING EACH FLIGHT...

thanks RV i looked at mine today and it has no mark ,my engine has never run right in the air so the carb is going back to horizan shortly,

what a joke this motor is !! mine runs good on the ground idle thru wot but once in the air it cuts out constantly i have adjusted the top end screw slowly both ways till it almost died, any ideas...

well this is getting really depressing tring to get this motor to run right, i got mine in a tf p47 arf and the motor sounds like crap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had a engine tunner try to adjust it...

well its been a few weeks since i got my motor back from horizan , it would not run above mid range, i used premium fuel with red line oil the motor runs great starts easy good idle too full...

" Vent line runs over the top of the tank to the rear and back up front and out the bottom " do you run out the bottom of fuselage and does this keep the fuel from running out when doing loops ect...

from the face of the throtle arm then in 1 1/4 but all motors are differnt. be sure you download the latest instructions from horizan on the fg-20

just got my motor back today the note said adjusted valves , set needles and replaced spark plug tested fine at all transitions. Well i am going to put it in my plane and try it , may be a vibration...

OK they found my motor yesterday and i talked to a tech forgot his name he was very helpfull told me they would make it right so i will wait till i get it back to comment he also said to be sure to...
