Plus one on the air retracts. The only problem I've had was the air tank spinning and tying the airline into a knot. Glued the tank down with Sho Goo and no problems since.

Sounds like a good approach.

I have seen way too many planes damaged or lost due to excess control throw, particularly pitch and roll. I always recommend a conservative approach.

Excess throw on the elevator is not a good idea. I have never needed high rates on anything on this plane except taxiing on grass.

Ditto on the factory recommendations. I fly mine entirely on low rates and only use high-rate on the elevator to taxi on the grass.

20 or 24, I don't remember. Compare dimensions or bring the old one to the hobby shop with you. In any event, I replace the tank now with any new arf assemblies.
