That is a good starting point for the Elevator. I found that I had to give it 3 to 4 clicks of up trim on the first flight. That may have just been a balance thing though

I built mine so the leading edge of the wing and the trailing edge sit level. With no flaps on take off she leaps into the air. The take-off flaps make for a nice take off.

They rotate fine.
I have 64 once juice bottle for fuel. I have found that using about 15 degrees of flap on take off makes for a much nicer looking take off. Without flaps, it tends to pop off...
