Although it's a aluminium prop .. you can still sharpen the leading edge.

And bare-paint on aluminium won't stick , I doubt it's cavitation .. as it's a submerged prop.

A 5470 is a 15cc nitro-prop ! Tooooooooooo small.

You need (if using M5 threaded props) Dave's 5780 and/or 5983.
