When a plan has blue background with white lines...

When a plan has blue background with white lines (blueprint) like the MK Super Tiger 3 plan it must be a rather old plan/plane I guess.
Not sure when use of blueprints died out but one seldom see...

Masahiro Kato (MK Models) and Susuke Kato (probably the brother?) both flew "Super Thunderbird" planes at the 1965 World Championship RC1 (F3A)...
