Am I the only one here who breaks body mounts? Both right side mounts are broken and the chassis screw threads torn to hell (unrepairable). What do you all think of these as a replacement? Naturally...

FYI - The Titan 12T won't fit the stock Lunch Box. It's too long and will rub on the tire. But with the proper mods :-)

2.5 inches to be exact. That's the end of the motor can (where it connects to the tranny) to the end of the solder tabs.

No, I dont. Just remember, many of the 3rd party motors are longer than the stock 540 and will rub on the tire.

Roughly 3/8 (.375) before the wires on the end of the motor rub on the right-side tire. Roughly 1/8 (.125) before the motor can rubs on the shock spring (depending on the shock you use).

Agreed. Besides, not to many motors @ the $20 price range will be better than the Sport Tuned. You'll be surprised at how well it performs.

Purchase the bearings. I think mine cost me $10 shipped off of eBay (it's the best and least expensive hop up you can buy). I also replaced my 540 with a Sport Tuned motor. It really flies. Brushless...

Since this battery is going to be dedicated to the Lunch Box and nothing more, I'm going to go with a ProTek 3000mah. Not over-kill, yet not a 1500mah either :-)
