Buy the HS-55 servos from Hitech. They are 15$ each and much better. Also use the servo horns that they come with. Sounds like yours stripped already, mine did the same.

Installed the direct drive kit but all it does is hover to the left like Iam giving it left cyclic. Is this because Iput the direct drive tail on the other side?Do Ineed to reverse the Gyro/receiver...

Well Idid change the main motor, but I switched back and still have the same problems. Teeth are engaged on the main rotor. It becomes worse and worse as the helicopter goes further away. Sometimes...

Everyone still recommend the hitec h-55 servo? Irecently stripped one I believe. Making a clicking noise. BOYThese gears are weak.

Can someone recommend a good LiPo Battery, Charger, and balancer for me? My Bird is all stock right now but planning on switching to upgraded motors soon. Century tail and rotor.

To save my bearings, instead of doing a pin through the rotor head and dremeling and fitting where it goes in the rotor itself I am going to put a VERY TINY dot of CA on the rotor head itself.
