my charger does'nt say C so im assuming that 5a = 1C

that cant be right, mine goes 'ding' after about 1 and half hours

i think the simple answer would be both 2s batts are recognised as 1 single 4s batt (with my charge adapter)

when i charge my 2s batts, i set the capacity at 2800mah, both 2s batts get recognised...

no, it would be 4s, 5000mah, set the maximum charge capacity to 5000mah and charge rate to 0.5a maximum, takes longer but is safer, this how i do it, charge, balance, storage and discharge is all set...

if your charging 2 batts at the same time DO NOThave the batt leads together, disconnect them, only the white plugs(jst leads) need to be plugged in, you can blow the batts if there still wired in...
