From my experience 1/4 turn clockwise = more closed = more lean. Maybe you have a different carb than the one supplied with my DLE30.

Sounds like you have a fuel mixture issue. Check for air leaks and if you dont find any give your carb a thorough clean.

RE: NEW DLE30!

I would suggest you look at a 16" prop for three blade. Check out the 16.5x10x3 from Bollyhttp://www.bolly.com.au/models/glassthree.html

RE: NEW DLE30!

A couple posts back in this thread, maybe more than just a couple, the WT-813 was recommended as a suitable replacement for the DLE 30 carb. Would the WT-805 supplied with the MLD...

RE: NEW DLE30!

I have had to replace a Hitec 485 on the weekend. Wondering if this is a good match for the DLE30 on the throttle. I too have heard that standard metal gear servos at best for the throttle, would...

RE: NEW DLE30!

I don't have experience with the CMP Extra 300 but I do have the CMP Yak 54 140. I'm running an MLD28 which is heavier than the DLE 30 and I needed a bit of weight to get her balanced. The DLE30 will...
