A flying buddy just bought a used one and so far he's lost the nose and one wing retract only after a few flights . The nose unit was replaced by the previous owner and I don't doubt the plane...

On foamies around a pound yes but these style are not the best on larger planes. I've seen more planes crash because of these coming apart or breaking. I would never use them for elevator control....

Check the flap linkage on the left wing. Have seen several so far with the same issue. On full down deflection the z-bend on the servo arm will drop under the servo cover and get stuck there...
