Sorry to hear that castlebravo, yep been there did that, the Ultimates can not handle that kind of pressure they will explode after about the third turn, mine did the same except the fuse also broke...

It is not worth losing a plane over the small skinny wire on servo's or extentions, it is best to always run the heavier gage wire. If you not only run HV servo's you need to think also digital...

I flew mine first with a 2500 super tiger and it flew fine, it did not have any vertical but it flew it fine for just rolls and loops but you had to dive for loops.
a DLE 30 would fly it fine.

let us know what the weight is, mine came in at 16lbs right on the money, CG is right on also with no weight. I am running a 56cc in mine.

been working for me for 25+ years without a problem, I ike to make sure that it will kill at even 50% throttle. The only problem is that if your servo goes bad then your SOL
I just hate plugging in...

that is what i thought, I did double check CG and it is right on Now but that 2lbs dead weight is stupid. I think it would be best to pull that out without even trying to fly it and I have a 45cc...
