Well, I decided to keep my Baron.. even though I have a 50CC plane I just finished.. I just cant get over the cool look of the Baron...

I went to 50cc and am building a Beech D-18 Ziroli..
May sell my Baron. I have installed all control surfaces, installed servos in wing and for flaps. Windows installed.
No gear...

You might take some 30 minute epoxy and put around the shaft.. Then as it dries over 30 minutes move the rudder.. then after that keep moving the rudder every now and then.. should get nice...

You mentioned positioning the set screw toward the back.. On my rod for elevator I had a flat spot on one side...from the factory then I made another flat spot for the other set screw...Did...

I did not like the set up either but what i did was to flatten both sides of the rod so that both screws set agains flat spots.. then I used 30 minute epoxy in the joint to keep the set screws...

Hey Group.
Here is a pic of windows drying after install.
Take your time with this, not hard but will fit perfectly. Be sure and use window glue...easy clean up. Its the only way to do this.

I felt bad for my wife.. its my B-day and just felt guilty .. so I cleaned it up this morning.

Not bad so far.. finished all control surfaces ...Moving to windows, doors, interior until I decide on gear and engines.
Fun times.

Lights have switch for landing lights and for nav lights.. has flashing lights for wing tips.. and of course the red and green.. has one extra red light. So two landing lights, two red, one...
