Marv, use the same throws as you had on the H9. Both Spitfires are almost identical in size and you can adjust the throws to your liking after the maiden flight.

Just my humble opinion, I believe engine cooling will be a problem as you now have it! The cool air intake is to large in area than what the hot air exhaust louvers will provide in the chin scoop....
