My escapade also has a buzz I think because of those cheeks vibrating. I too plan to install abrace of some kind. The vibration weakens the joint at the firewall and cheek.

I had not trouble with the wing bolts either. I did cut the half inch off them per the manual also. In fact the whole kit was pretty well constructed and the build was straight forward and easy. ...

Well I guess its time I chimed in on the Escapede forum. I"ve had mine finished only two weeks now with a saito 56. Everything else is stock except I did epoxy the tail feathers down and replaced...
