I would agree that this is not a project to be taken lightly. A thrown blade could easily seriously injure or kill someone, if struck in the wrong spot. The suggested 2500 rpm produces nearly 30%...

Sorry to hear it. Like I said, my buddy has the same problem. He gets sound but no video, Mac OSX with latest windows media player.

I am looking right now to see if I can easily convert this...

What are you trying to play this on? It "should" work ok on the latest windows media player, or even the ancient one I use for that matter. My buddy with a mac has some trouble with these files...

How large are the vids?

How about some details?

Clutch and bell source, part numbers, teeth.
Starter cone.
Motor mount.
Main Rotor Shaft Length.
Throttle Setup.
All up weight.
