What are you guys using for a field stand for the Elan? I'd like a straightforward way of testing the retracts before sending her up. Idon't think the conventional "double-U" cradle will work since...

What do you think? Will I just burn up this ring? I am tempted to consider the smaller diameter version that will tuck further into the outlet. Actually being nearer the turbine nozzle may protect...

Servo covers resolved!

Sent an email with photos to Kilroy (new Boomerang USA distributor) and he gave me a call to let me know new covers are in the mail! Very grateful! :)

Update: Covers are beautifully flat! Great...
