It is a special carb. Zama C1Q style. It has kind of a booster diaphragm setup on it that helps with the pulse to the fuel pump. Butterfly type carb with twin adjustment needles. Too bad yours...

The 32 and 36cc engines run counter clockwise when viewed from the crank taper end. The 65cc engines run backwards.

This is a 32cc I recently sold.
