Try a shot of engine sarting fluid...spray a shot in carb. Have the idle set to fast idle. Give it a try. You may need a new carb kit by now too. If it does not pull fuel up to the carb when...

CDI ignition fires as magnet passes pick-up....you can rockprop back & forth and it will fire in both directions....speed is not needed....1 RPM will do it! Capt,n
