Just took a close up pic of the instructions from my shock kit.

Looks like its changed for the worse. You can see, really no mention on how to connect it to a LB.

Wow. No sir I do not. I'll scan in the instructions i have on Tuesday (MLK off). Mine make no mention of the U piece (flange). Thanks for the pic!

Looks like Tamiya has changed their shock kit...

Yeah, sorry. Flange = U bracket.

Did you have to do any fab work to get these on? They apparently need a special size metric screw as any of my standard metric sizes and any that are in the...

Ok. Yeah, never seen those. I made sure i dumped all the parts into my magnetic bowl, so it'd be hard for them both to somehow sneak out...

Didnt get any metal brackets, but i did find these plastic things, mounted them as you see in the picture....

But nonetheless, i think i have bigger problems. Cant get the speed control to turn...

Hmm. I'm putting on the rear oil shocks and the instructions call for an upper flange to connect the top of the shock too... The LB doesnt have an upper flange and no details in the instructions on...

Great idea on the Shox; putting the tubing on top. Going to do that tomorrow. I should be getting my extra shocks and the tamiya sport tuned motor in the mail. I also got a kimbrough servo saver....

I was hoping too. I assume your saying it may be too hot of a setup for the existing speed control. Just trying to figure out what to do to make it a little quicker.

I have a LB kit NIB i'm going to slap together soon. I'm not a car guy (plane guy), and was wondering if 2 cell lipos would work well in a car. I have plenty of these in 2s config.
