Thats what I did as far as balancing...is was spot on per instructions. I'll definitely have to add weight unfortunately. I've already got everything in the plane as far forward as I can get...

It has a MA 16x8 3 blade on it..I believe it was turning about 7500 on the ground after backing off peak rpm. It was pulling like crazy at take off - look at the video;)

Here's some pics of my nearly complete RB..I found a place for all that stuff;)

The uncovered stab is now coated with Gorilla Glue inside...the other stab was done with epoxy to make sure...
