No I am not aware of flap flutter and I don't mean to suggest any trouble.

I am though not as pleased with the stability of the flap compared to the old style exterior hinge.

Back with my Gen 3, I did one large for the nose and two large for the mains. I just placed them on the floor behind the cockpit and added a smaller cylinder for the brakes....
