Another thing, I bought a Keleo ring for my FG60 last year and it doesn't even have the pressure tap. Of course it's possible they forgot about it.

Correct, no bronze bushing. The intake manifold just provides better transition from low to high throttle IIRC.

I have two FG60's and one FG84, use Stihl HP Ultra at about 18:1 (20:1 would be 6.4oz, I put in 7oz). My engines run great, never had a problem.

That squeak is not anything I've ever heard. Personally I had bad luck running Redline in my Saito radials. I use Stihl HP Ultra exclusively now and have zero problems.
