I know, really .... I had captured bullfrogs before that would eat out of one hand while I was holding them in the other, but I guess with the stress of the capture & quick move, this little guy lost...

You're probably right Dan, I had looked at a few clear coatings that offer UV protection &amp; claim they are comparable to 50-60 coats of varnish, &amp; they were definitely on the expensive side ... even...

Yes, I read &amp; understand what you were trying to achieve, if you can find a solvent that works it will be pretty cool. However, I can't offer any informed advice in which solvent or glues would work...

Well it definitely is illegal in California, not sure about other states.

Do you consider Testors Liquid Cement for Plastics (#3502) just a MEK substitute?

It has Acetates &amp; Methyl Ethyl...
