Umm.. About 25-30kg's. The chains are about 12kg, and the sprockets do 1.5kg. Plus the rollbar.

I ordered a set with front and read cable brakes, for only 130€. I couldn't order them separately, but 130e is cheap for FG original set.

I removed the tensioners, and made the chain shorter.

Im goign to remove the front suspension and add some smaller wheels, maybe with suspension. Not sure yet. I dont need to drive 60km/h onto a snow wall, and jump 5m. Just the capability to drive in...

I am going to do the steering exactly like you said. Brakes on both sides of the diff.
