If I remember correctly it was monocoat ...Heres a pic of the bottom ...I added some strips to the bottom of the wing to help me see it better....Thanks for the kind words about the covering job...JW

I had the same problem until I went with 3 1/2" Dave Brown wheels P/N WR35-5735 ....Check em out I think you'll like...

shellac thinner solvent alcohol costs about 6-7 bucks a gallon and when mixed with Orange Clean degreaser & multi-purpose cleaner it works wonders and don't freeze ...Also Clorox wipes work good for...

Check out the Dave Brown 3 1/2" wheels #WR35-5735 ...I used these on mine and it gave me enough ground clearance to use 14" props without worry of tip strikes ...and the weights about the same...JW

I don't think you understand the last few posts...If you read them again you may find that we were talking about performance of the plane with a 46 verses the same plane with a larger motor..... let...

Speaking with experience ...It will be a Great combo....One of the guys at the field has one set up that way (After he seen the light about the 46)...He just loves it and said he won't ever go...

Well ...YES YES YES HELL YES and whatever.....

I haven't seen a os 46fx turn a 14x4w APC prop at 10,000 rpm.....The ys 63S will...So will the 82 saito....I have 5 of the 46fx Not 1 of them hold...

really....My YS63 fit with no problem...The 63 pulls this plane out of a hover with no problem at all .....I even set a YS110 in the mount ...it fit like a glove...JW

Try moving your motor as far forward on the mount as you can ...I did (using the ys 63s ) and I didn't have to add any weight......JW

Dont mount the motor until last ...build the whole plane completely...use a rubber band to hold the motor in place ...then you can move the motor for or aft to get the CG just right..Or at least...

Thanks Don....I my not even build this plane....I have a GP Dazzler they look allot alike ..the Dazzler is nothing to write home about ...it sounds like the same flight characteristics.....thanks...
