I took my Hellcat to the field a few days ago...a knock-off...not CMP. Fiberglassed the wing, CJ retracts, repainted etc....
Long story short I found that at 127 mm CG the plane flew...

I use a Master Airscrew 15x8 on my OS 120 4 stroke pumped and get a solid 9000 rpm on the ground.

just stripped the solartex coverting form the entire wing and will glass,prime and paint insteat.
Anydody done that ?

When you all installed the retracts, did you have to cut away the front part of the pre-installed rail (U-Shape) to make room for the retract body to move forward towards the leading edge of the wing...
