If you are really a hard core 3D flyer then you might notice the speed difference. Otherwise, they should work fine.

You could try it. Just check the amps. Should have lots of power, but top speed would be lower than with the 11x7 though. Depends on the flight characteristics you like. I like a little more top...

Your Rimfire 35-30 should work fine. I would try an 11x7 prop with at least an 1800 mah 3S pack. I've flown the Extra with over 350 watts.
