Problem 1: Try rebalancing the fluids in your differentials. Something like 10K center, 3K front, 5k rear.

I guess I'm the "odd man" out. I've never had a problem with a failsafe and I use a cheap one - by Duratrax. I've never even had so much as a glitch because of the failsafe, but I have been saved...

I don't put grease on mine because I figure it will only attract dirt and sand (mostly what I run in) that will cling to and wear out the dogbones and axle stubs. I'll be interested in what others...

YIKES! I have to believe that's the wrong suspension mount block you have mounted in the front (plastic part). Have you checked it against the other diffs, like maybe the rear? Just maybe you have...

Those are some great videos! Was that a friend of yours doing the videographer work? Whoever it was, they did a super job! One of the best I've ever viewed - great stuff!
