Have you tried the scoop or have you just heard about this going lean?. We actually tried it. It does not go lean in the air. It would help a lot if everyone posts their experiences...

I have posted pictures earlier of the scoop that the guys at our club are using on this motor. They cut off the trumpet and add the scoop, pointing forward to direct air into the carb....
