Mine are very soft Losi Step Pins, I only run them on a dirt track. Smashers or Dirt hawgs are better all-round bashing tires for multi-surface running.

No, my Hitec works great, no problems at all, the saver works, the mounts work, the steering on the Exotek Tek18 is sooooo much smoother and responsive than that on the stock RC18T

You have a Hi-Tec servo and standard servo saver, you neeed the Hitec servo saver set, your LHS should have one for a couple of bucks

take the servo saver completely apart, remove the plastic c clip and lay it flat on the table, takes a little effort but now press the steel clip over it, when you reassemble the screw that holds...

the metal servo saver band installs OVER the stock plastic c-clip...it does not replace it

OK that is just plain bad advice!

That big bearing does do something, it supports the spur gear in place against the pinion....if you had yours out for three months and nothing happened then...

you want the dirt moist but not wet, if it is wet enough to stick to your tires then it doesn't matter what you have on, they will all clog up......on moist dirt the pins work great....and if I start...
