Hi Fraggles,

I've watched your vids, and if you're running on 16 cells there, you definately need a bigger prop (2318.42 or 2317.42, depending on propshaft design)

I'd go up to 14 cell max,...

If you've just bought it and have run it only a few times, the Nicad battery will not be up to speed yet.
