I flew mine with a Quadra- 40. It had better than scale power, but would not hover. If you don't fly 3D it would be fine.....

Not sure how much help it is, but here is a pic of my GP Ultimate with a Quadra 40 installed. Performance was slightly better than "scale". No hovering, but would do the basic aerobatics I enjoy. I...
