The PT-17 is a friend of mines, I have the SS. I know after he mouted the engine to the firewall he just added on to the front with balsa . Just to kind of hide the 170 mount. Did not...

You get a better sound from a single cyl. 4c then a multi.. a multi sounds more like a racing engine when at speed. to many cyl firing..

just my 2cents...from my 140 and a friends 170 and what...

This was at the field last monday. A buddy and I. His is the PT-17, Saito 170R, mine is the Super, YS-140. Bothe fly great at a little over 1/2 throttle.

Take a small socket head screw grind the end to fit in the end of the needle valve.Then drill a small hole in the cowl the size of an allen wrench to fit throught to line up with the set...

what should be the proper measurements for the aileron horns. what really works i think they are different then the manual..

Jim yours looks just like mine but i used a YS 140
