Battery plug won't fit??

Just got some (new to me) A123 batts to replace my aged Nicd and NiMH. As it's a deans/T plug, it needed an adapter extention to be able to connect with my existing power switch.

Not going to use. Tks for...

Can a 6.0 5cell function as a 4.8 4cell?

Getting back into the hobby after a 5 yr hiatus. First thing I started to do was check status of my NiMH batteries. I know that "expected" life is 3-4 years but I've got some that are 15 yr and...

Agree, it's not a big deal (not having "storage" mode). Just set the discharge at a safe rate and set a timer.

Only need to balance on a charge (and even then, some don't--not recommended though)....

And that's what I'm using (wall wart). My initial post refers to NoBS site about "pack forming" with a super low charge/discharge 3X.

NOBS batteries suggest (with these 2000's) that 120-150mah slow charge is what to use as a forming charge (3X) (subsequent charges at 1/10C which is what I normally use). My triton2 can handle it at...
