My mistake.... I added one too many "0". It was gapped .050.

My conclusion wat it was too wide and not burning hot enought to ignite the cylinder when idling.

What I failed to mention was that it will idle high at 2800 - 3000 rpm. It also has no problems at full throttle.

I will check for leaks and tightness of the carb....
