RE: BRIO Electric 10-size

I just got my Brio 10 at the LHS yesterday and so far I am not impressed with this ARF.

1. The covering is badly wrinkled and very loose probably the worst I have ever seen on an ARF.

Lets not forget the best way to solve this problem! Use 2 Servos!

If you put servos on the underside of the wing in the center of each aileron span you will not have this problem even if you...

RE: CorPlas "spadet" float plane

Most of the people who have had flutter problems with spads have had a little bit to much motor installed. With a set of big ol floats hanging from the bottom providing drag he will probably be OK.

RE: CorPlas "spadet" float plane

Just kidding it looks great!

I'm a little curious why you didn't use the Spadet Wing. You probably couldn't get any 2 Mil Coro. ...

RE: Debonair Engine

I have to agree with the TT Pro .46 as a definite yes. I have never seen one that didn't run perfectly.

I have seen a few others with GMS .47's that didn't run properly but I have always been...

RE: Triton Charger Update

If you don't already have the green sticker on the bottom just send it to Hobby Services with a note saying you want it updated and they will usually get it back to you in under 2 weeks.

RE: So called "competitor" for Litco Alpha4

At least you have the option of buying one. Litco won't sell to Pennsylvania and I don't have any out of state relatives to buy one for me.

Are the any resellers that carry them that won't rape...

RE: triton question

I agree about the wire thing. I had a guy in my club complain about the same thing. I pluged in a set of my home made leads and all was well.

RE: engine question

Chris is correct that the GMS.47 will make more power out of the box than the TT .46. The muffler that comes with the GMS is virtually identical to the Hobbico\Tower muffler. This muffler creates a...

RE: engine question

My vote would be for a Thunder Tiger Pro .46 as my first choice. Using a Tower/Hobbico muffler on this engine will add 500 to 1000 RPM.
