Jim, in that second link I think there's a typo. No way an FA100 will turn an apc 14x8 at 9600. That almost 2 hp! All the other numbers make sense as the engine tested was probably not fully broke in...

Sure, I'll test the 115 with a 14x8 apc for you guys. I'll have to wait for the weather. FWIW the static thrust calc says it takes 2.08 hp to turn a 14x8 apc at 9800. The 115 should get it there.
