Wayne, i have emailed all parties concerned regarding the hulls, there was a high demand which i underestimated! entirely my fault[:o]

If your after a new hull, i make these, and they are on special offer at the moment @ £59.99! only 10 hulls remaining. another project on the go.

You can use polyurethane sealer/adhesive, better known as "SIKAFLEX". I can send you a tube if you are stuck(excuse the pun!!!!!):D

you can put some across the join on the inside if you want to but if you wet bond the flange correctly it will be a good strong bond.

cut the matting into neat 3/4 " wide strips by 10" long.

cut enough to go all around.

mix your resin

pre wet the matting on some cardboard or similar, pick it up and lay the wet...

the black part would be the air intake and would be about 25mm high at the front tapering down to nothing at the back....

Give me the height of what the hatch will need to be and i will make a new moulding for it, i'll then make you a new type hatch in orange and post it to you. As Wb33y says perhaps an air...
