make sure your reverse switches are correct before you do the programming..refer to page 8 of the user manual

when you reprogrammed your ESC, did you center trim your throttle before you began the programming process?

Do you know what gearing you are running? Have you try to reprogram your ESC. Do you have a castle link that you can use to check that ESC is not running in limited mode.

Now this is good customer service

Bought a Horizon Elliptical couple years back and it has long passed the warranty period.

I've dealt with many companies for warranty. Most companies do require receipt! I've dealt with companies that will even replace products that have expired warranties if you explain to them nicely....

I find with Traxxas 1/10 2WD vehicles, you will run into heat problems with 3S no matter what you do. Either run 1/8th system or go down to 2S.

hmmmm. I charge my ray-o-vac double AAs that I bought from Walmart at 0.7C, it gets a little hot but never had any problems during charge and usage.

This is the user manual, go to Page 4, it's most likely the slipper clutch. Tighten up the slipper clutch.

Don't bother with the regular hard drives anymore. Use them for storing larger files. I installed a Samsung SSD drive onto my laptop yesterday and this thing flies now.
