I was going with 22' wingspan, no wonder I was off a little.

And yes both my battery packs on on the servo tray under the canopy, DA-85 up front 24.5 lbs on a certified scale.

A tad over 32%.

I have both of the batteries mounted on the tray, no problems after 30 flights.

I used the supplied wires just to see how well they hold up. So far I have 30+ flights on my cub and they are holding strong.

I flew my Cub today with the new Futaba FASST 2.4GHz 6ch radio. I had about 20 flights on it and added 3 more today.
Pretty cool flying a gasser on 2.4GHz!

I will be using this to take 3 parachute guys to altitude. That is the reason for the engine choice, with 15lbs of cargo the plane needed some extra power!

The manual does not make any suggestions for the servos that I have found but I would recommend 100+ in/oz metal geared servos for all surfaces.
I will be using Futaba S3305's with a 5 cell...

The wings are built up and have 2 wing tubes. The tubes are already drilled and tapped, nothing much to do on the wings other than put the servos in and install the linkage and control horns.

I fly mine with the G3 receiver and run the antenna down the tube. No problems ever with the G3.

I picked up mine today!
It is a great looking airplane and the quality is the best I have seen in an ARF.
I am ready to retire my Extreme Flight Yak and get this one in the air in the next week...
