Bax & Feihu,
Thanks for the the posts. Unfortunately, the main gear I currently have installed is not bendable. It is some sort of plastic/composite designed to resist getting bent out shape. I...

RE: Aerobird tips and stuff

RC4,
To some extent, all I can say is !QUOT!welcome to the club!QUOT!. In the 3 months I flew my AB, I destroyed 5 wings and a tail. I was also amazed at the abuse that the fuselage could take. One...

RE: Aerobird Challenger is a disgrace!

RE: Talk about big!...Check this

Dave,
How different is this other C-17? From what I can tell comparing pictures, it is hard to see the difference in size. Is there a website which talks about this other model?

RE: getting into electrics(first class)?

I spent a couple months contemplating electric vs. glow. That doesn't make me an expert. I started off flying an aerobird challenger (3 channel park flyer for a couple months). I eventually focused...

Larry,
could you offer some particulars on your 10 cell pack. What is the current rating of each cell? How long have you been able to fly?, etc.

RE: Bonnie Flies

Does anyone have any experience with the floats? There is a 10 acre piece of water right next to my parking lot at work. My brother (who was advising me on recovery tugboats) thinks the drag in the...
