You can try heating with a heat gun. the alu. will expand faster than the screws and loosen up. I have used this method before and it worked.

Here is how I did my 4*120 wing. I used white pine for the brackets to mount the servo's
I had to make some fancy ones for the flap servo's because of the tubes for servo leads.

Thanks everyone, No tree on cyl. or crankcase H on cyl. exh. side 9 on intake side.
Crank has a metric thread 8x1 or 8x1.25 found a metal tag (under dirt) Mod. 40002804.
It has tree on it....

erik it's not 26cc, bore 1.23 inch stroke 1.2 inch I thought mcolloch also but the 23cc i don't know if they made one. Trash man drops a weedwacker off every once and awhile but first time for just a...

ID this engine

Found this engine on my porch this morning. as close as I can measure it is 23cc. it has good compression.

Hi, The plans are AMA plan 733, info and article are in April 1993 issue of Model Avation
They are still available. I bought mine in 93 and got the wood (still have it ) but haven't finished it...

If the engine will run with tbe battery on and dies when removed, it is either a bad plug or too rich.

My STM came in at 11 lbs. 12 oz. Power is a OS Surpass 91. Two piece wing, cabin is turned into a bomb bay, nav lights, landing lights, used 7 servos, 3 Battery packs for recvr and lights. Darn thing...

I liked it real well. on it's last flight I was having so much fun I was not watching the time. I started into a inverted flat spin at 200 feet, half way down ran out of gas.

Go back to page 1 post 15 you will see where the weak spot is on the fus. I used triangle stock to beef up the joints there.

I was 6 when dad came home from WW11 and built that. you didn't lean back when riding, look where the spark plug is. He is the one that got me started in C/L the next summer, been hooked ever since.

I have built and flown 3 tiger 11's,still have two in my hanger. Like Minnflyer sayes great airplane, just don't hit fence posts at the end of the runway when you pullup after a low pass.
