Try a 14 x 10 APC. My TF Corsair went ~120 MPH with that prop on an OS 120 FS. Mind you, it's a bit smaller than the KMP, but 7 pitch would definitely seem to be the speed problem.

do not induce too much elevator at ANY speed. Make sure the CG is CORRECT. Even if it's specified at some point behind 25% MAC, I would still start at 25%.
