unless im mistaken, ICs can supply 250mA max so its going to need a big ass mosfet and heatsink to supply current

its a good idea ill try it out :)

Well I havnt flown my RC stuff in the best part of a year. For the second time I found my lipos to be reading 0.9V where it should be 9V [&o]

I'm thinking of teathering it to another battery so...

Its nice to find out how the rotor-head and that work when you are building it, but for someone whos new to helicopters a RTF like a Zoom already has the rotor-head and tail assembly already built...

I havn't used my heli for > 7 months now, i dug out out the other day, all in good condition exept my battery is reading 0.1V when it should be ~9V which it was when i left it, my charger is refusing...

are all your servo linkages ok? and the pitch? steeper pitch will give you a lowe headspeed wich will may help out, also check the balance and trims
maybe -1 to +15
