250mm is a good place to start. I maidened mine at 245 and it was a bit nose heavy. I'm now at 255mm.
I have 3 mm. UP trim with full flaps, no crow.

I'm at v2.01 for the TX, and v1.6.45 for the RX. Once I got plugged into the correct numerical channel everything worked fine.
