I've been lurking again for a little while. I also miss Early RC Models. I built most of them at some point. Bob, I also sold my Sr Falcon a number of years ago and still miss that plane. Oh well, a...

I had the exact same problem with a GWS receiver. Fortunately it was in an equally cheap plane. Needless to say, that was my first and last GWS receiver.

I was glad to see this a post on here.

Bob, I pop in here once in a while to see what's new. I don't fly much these days as I've taken up other activities but I certainly don't rule out a new...

I wondered if I was the only one bothered by the "shot of the moment"! That was the longest and most boring moment I've ever lived through. I mean really, seeing the same pitiful, pseudo-airplane for...

RE: Eagle 2 First Build

Hi! Welcome to the wonderful world of building!

1) A "pinning board", although not an official term, is simply a surface that you are able to stick pins into. You would place your plan on top...

RE: Any of the Carolina 1/2a Crew left out there?

Hey, Vic. Thanks. Anna and Abbie are doing well. They are dramatic and energetic just like they should be. Anna has a plane of her own although she is too afraid of crashing to actually fly it.

RE: Any of the Carolina 1/2a Crew left out there?

Yep, Rog, I'm still here too. Haven't been doing much flying lately but I am starting to get back to it a bit. The closest to 1/2A that I have now is a .10. I would love to get back to flying with...

RE: us41 in byron p51

I had one of these engines a few years ago and although it ran GREAT, the only way I was ever able to hand start it was to slap the prop as hard as I could. I dont recommend that, by the way. I...

This is certainly sad news! Though I have never met Mike in person, I have read many of his reviews and posts here on RCU. He has been a pillar of this community for as long as I have been a member...

RE: Official Joe Nall 2011 thread?

200%? What Valkyrie are we referring to here? A 200% scale model of the XB-70 Valkyrie would have a fuselage length of 392 ft and a wingspan of 210 ft. Something tells me that either you aren't...
