Hi OhD,
The Duralite Power Box is internally regulated. There is no need for external regulators. It suplies the servos 6v, and supllies the receiver 4.8 volts. Hope this answers your question....

7.42 is right on the money for a 1900. My 1900 checks a little lower than my 3600 reciver batteries. Remember that you are applying the same load to a battery that ahs a lower mah rating...

I couldn't say why Powerflight charges more. I can say that I use the Duralite Plus battery system and couldn't be more happy with it. The Duralite Plus batteries come with a charge safe...
